Product explain

   The products family is classified for three grades as 3A-TK、2A-TK and 1A-TK according to material grade and processing degree.
   Characteristics: the micro powder has a creamy white color, and the particle size of the micro powder is more than 120mesh. It can swell quickly, and the swelling speed is 5times higher than that of the extracted powder. It has the light taste of konjac.
   Manufacturing procedure: Add the konjac extracted powder into the special micro powder mill for high pressure processing with static power, after many times of grinding, purification and air-separating, konjac micro powder in different grades are therewith obtained.
   Application scope: cold drinks, beverage, juice, flavoring, and meat products.
1. Viscosity test condition: NDJ-1, 4# rotor, 12r/min, 30℃.
