Product explain

   The products family is classified for three grades as 04-TK、03-TK, 02-TK and 3A-QJ according to material grade and processing degree.
   Characteristics: konjac gum has the white color, the particle size varies from 40 to 200mesh for the different products, it has high viscosity, high transparence and has quickly soluble property, due to these, the colorless and odorless gel with high transparence is very readily formed and the content of glucommanann may exceed 95%.
   Manufacturing procedure: Add the konjac extracted powder into the extraction tank for immersion, after grinding with primary grinding machine,the starch,alkaloid and ashes are all removed, then the stepwise grinding with 4 individual grinding machines of different grades are conducted, following these operation,dewatering under centrifugation and drying at the low temperature are performed, and the high purity konjac gum is then obtained.
   Application scope: confectioneries, fruit jelly, pudding, jam, fruit juice, cold drinks, beverage, rice and flour products, flavoring,capsule,powdered spice,oil,weight-losing foods and drug products.
1. Viscosity test condition: NDJ-1, 4# rotor, 12r/min, 30℃.
