Healthcare function of konjac

    Konjac is a kind of food with low heat energy, low protein, low vitamin, and high dietary fiber. High dietary fiber is the effective nutritious ingredient in konjac. Konjac extracted powder is the concentrate of the effective nutritious ingredient, it is manufactured by treating the corm of konjac with a physical method and konjac glucomannan is the most effective ingredient of konjac extracted powder, featured as soluble semi-cellulose. Ⅰ Prevention and Treatment for Constipation

III Improvement for Sugar Metabolism
